PURPOSE: A double structure pot having a laminated bottom plate is provided to uniformly disperse heat by forming a fluid passage at the laminated bottom plate. CONSTITUTION: A double structure pot includes a heat transfer plate(14) inserted between an inner shell(11) and an outer shell(13), and a fluid passage. The fluid passage is formed at the heat transfer plate or the outer shell.
