Composition for cataplasm containing nonsteroidal anitiphlogistic analgesic, cataplasm prepared from the same and method of preparing the cataplasm

PURPOSE: Cataplasma is prepared which reduces a stimulation of skin, and has a good drug releasing property and percutaneous absorption property. CONSTITUTION: Cataplasma composition comprises 0.01-10 wt % of nonsteroidanti-inflammatory and analgesic such as ketoprofen, and 0.1-20 weight % of amphipathy solvent having more than 100 deg.C of boiling point as absorption promotor such as N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone, 0.01-10 wt % of surfactant, 1-50 wt % of polymer base, 1-70 wt % of moisturing agent, etc. Thus, the cat a plasma is produced by mixing 0.03 g of ketoprofen, 0.05 g of N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone, 0.005 g of Labrafil M 1944CS, 0.01g of 1-menthol, 0.01 g of menthol oil, 0.3 g of gelatin, 0.175 g of sodium polyacrylate, 0.105 g of methoxyethylene maleic anhydride copolymer, 1.5 g of glycerin, 0.05 g of TiO2, 0.025 g of kaolin, 0.001 g of sodium pyrosulfide, 0.005 g of ethylene diamine sodium tetraacetate and 2.75 g of purified water.
