PURPOSE: A structure for folding a seat of an RV vehicle(Recreational Vehicle: a vehicle used for leisure) is provided to reduce the loading angle of cargos to load a relatively long object simply and prevent passengers or a first column seat from being injured or damaged. CONSTITUTION: A structure for folding a seat of an RV vehicle includes a second line seat(30) formed behind a first line seat and having a front folding element at a seat back(32) behind a seat cushion(31) for maximizing the space of a trunk room and preventing the injury or damage of passengers and the first line seat, a link unit(40) positioned in front of a lower frame(33) of the second line seat and at a bottom surface part of the seat cushion and having a rotation hole(41) at a side and a fixing hole(42) at the other side, a bracket(50) coupled in the fixing hole of the link unit by a fixing element(70) for fixing the link unit to the bottom surface of the seat cushion, and a hinge shaft(60) axially supported to a front surface of the lower frame and the rotation hole of the link unit for alternatively rotating the second line seat forward.
