PURPOSE: Provided are bean protein films using transglutamine and their manufacturing method. Therefore, the bean protein can be modified by using transglutamine to inhibit the precipitation of calcium and iron, and is thus useful for the improvement of enteric absorption. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of bean protein films comprises the steps of: adding bean powder into buffer or distilled water to disperse and dissolve them, which bean powder is purified through pre-treatment of a sample; centrifuging it and obtaining its supernatant; mixing the supernatant with transglutamine and dissolving the mixture; modifying bean protein and adding N-ethylmaleimide thereto; mixing the modified bean protein and glycerine then heating them; removing foam and masses therefrom; and drying a resultant product.
