PURPOSE: An outer tub cover of a pulsator type drying and washing machine is provided to uniformly inject heating air via a plurality of outflowing holes for uniformly drying clothing and preventing the clogging of a discharge hole due to shag. CONSTITUTION: An outer tub cover of a pulsator type drying and washing machine includes a circulation duct(20) connected to a lower end of an outer tub(3) at an end and positioned in the proximity of an upper part of an inner tub(5) at the other end, a blowing fan(22) mounted at a predetermined position of the circulation duct for forcibly circulating air, a heater(15) mounted at a predetermined position of the circulation duct for heating the air flowing along the circulation duct, and an outer tub cover(50) connected to a front end of the circulation duct at an end and formed with a plurality of flow channels opened toward the inner tube at the other end, wherein the flow channels are composed of main flow channels(50a) for discharging hot air toward the inner wall surface of the inner tub and auxiliary flow channels(50b) for discharging hot air toward the center of the inner tub.
