PURPOSE: A scour preventive structure unified with a pier is provided to protect a pier or a pier foundation from scouring by intercepting a down-flow occurring all over the pier and to secure economical efficiency. CONSTITUTION: In a scour preventive structure applied to a semi-circular pier(10), an end of scour preventive structure(15) is at an angle of 60 degrees upward or downward with an upper end of a preventive structure to intercept a down-flow occurring all over the scour preventive structure not to be scoured, the width(b) of the scour preventive structure applied to the semi-circular pier(10) is the same as the width(b) of a semi-circular pier, an upper end(16) of the scour preventive structure for changing a flow(11) is projected to be 0.5 or 3 times length of the width of the pier(b), a lower end(17) is projected as much as the width of the pier(b) from the foundation, and the range of a concentric circle(r)(19) extended from the upper end to the lower end of the scour preventive structure is 2 or 6 times of the width of the pier.
