Construction method of concrete having wasted rigid polyurethane foam

PURPOSE: A method of constructing urethane foam concrete is provided to obtain noise absorption and heat insulation effect and to prevent a crack by recycling disposed urethane foam after using. CONSTITUTION: Waste urethane foam and styrofoam is crushed into pieces of 2-8mm and mixed at a weight ratio of 7:3 to form squeeze urethane foam. A mixing agent is added to the squeeze urethane foam and then mixed with cement, sand and water at a specific ratio to make urethane foam concrete. The urethane foam concrete is spread equally over a constructing part and cured during a curing period to prevent sudden change in temperature of the urethane foam concrete.
