PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a froth method rigid polyurethane foam, using carbon dioxide as the foaming agent, easy in keeping and adjusting blow pattern by spray at the same level as the case using a conventional flon, stable since the time soon after construction beginning, and excellent in workability, and to provide a construction method of a rigid polyurethane foam insulating layer.;SOLUTION: The production method of the froth method rigid polyurethane foam comprises mixing a polyisocyanate component with a foaming polyol composition containing a foaming agent, and mixing and spraying on a substrate with a spraying device, wherein the foaming agent is carbon dioxide, the liquified carbon dioxide obtained by cooling is quantitatively supplied with a pulseless metering pump, and mixed with a polyol composition quantitatively supplied, on a condition that the carbon dioxide is at least partially evaporated after passing through the pulseless metering pump, to provide the foam polyol composition.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
