PURPOSE: A method for diagnosing Down syndrome and a diagnosis kit thereof are provided to simultaneously analyze concentrations of four Down syndrome hormone at a space and confirm Down syndrome of a fetus fast, accurately and conveniently. CONSTITUTION: A Down syndrome diagnosis kit comprises a body(30), blood sample injecting unit(80), a second antibody storage(50) and a colorimetic indicator storage(70). The body(30) is made of transparent material has a capillary(31) branched into four tubes. The four tubes have reaction spaces(110a,120a,130a,140a) on their inner surfaces, respectively, to form an AFP analysis capillary(140) containing an antibody against the AFP, a hCG analysis capillary(130) containing an antibody against the hCG, a uE3 analysis capillary(120) containing an antibody against the uE3, and an inhibin A analysis capillary(130) containing an antibody against the inhibin A. The blood sample injecting unit(80) injects sample into the capillary(31). The second antibody storage(50) stores second antibody solution containing colorimetic enzyme to be injected into the capillary(31) for reaction with the colorimetic indicator from the colorimetic indicator storage(70).
