Novel hantavirus strains produced by genetic reassortment

PURPOSE: A mutant hanta virus prepared by the gene rearrangement is provided, therefore the mutant hanta virus has different virus serum type of gene fragment. CONSTITUTION: The mutant hanta virus is prepared by the gene rearrangement through the super infection of different hanta virus serum types to vero E6 cell line, in which the mutant hanta virus HR-212 (KCTC 0820 BP), HR-211 (KCTC 0821 BP) or HR-112 (KCTC 0822 BP) is prepared by using the different hanta virus serum types which are characteristically hantaan virus (76 to 118 strains) and seoul virus (80 to 39 strains); and the mutant hanta virus HR-335 (KCTC 0818 BP) or HR-533 (KCTC 0819 BP) is prepared by using the different hanta virus serum types which are characteristically MAA virus and prospect hill(PH) virus (PHV-1 strain).
