PURPOSE: A wireless Internet application server and a wireless Internet platform method are provided to correspond to an authentication request of a service provider, maintain a session of each user, and secure basis data of an Internet service rental fee charged to each user using a virtual Internet address by endowing the virtual Internet address to each user on a wireless Internet being connected through a wireless mobile communication terminal. CONSTITUTION: A MAS(Mobile Application Server,36) is positioned at the front end of a server(28) having contents. In the case that a group ware(GW,28-1) of a server, a mail server(28-2, POP3), a database server(28-3, DB), and a common document server(28-4) are interlocked, the MAS(36) makes a connection of a wire environment terminal or a wireless environment terminal possible. The MAS(36) performs a platform role capable of performing various applications such as a management with respect to various services being supplied in the wireless terminal and a levy of a rental fee thereof.
