METHOD FOR DEVELOPING A VASOEPIDIDYMOANASTOMOSIS

FIELD: medicine, surgery, urology. SUBSTANCE: spermatic duct is resected for 12-15 mm. Adnexal capsule is resected at abdominal area for 9-12 mm. Ansa of adnexal twisting canaliculus is formed. Inferior "lip" of anastomosis is formed between a duct and a capsule. Ansa of canaliculus is crossed in the middle part. Distal department of ansa is coagulated. Proximal department is modelled at a cannula. Medicinal glue is applied along the circle of canaliculus' edge. The end of canaliculus is introduced into the lumen of spermatic duct. The upper "lip" of anastomosis is formed. The method enables to form a rigid adnexal canaliculus and develop a carcass-like type of anastomosis line. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 cl, 3 dwg
