FIELD: recovery and processing heavy minerals from gravel deposits at high content of fine gold. SUBSTANCE: device includes upper disintegrating column with drive for rotating it relative to vertical axis, lower column and loading members. Device is provided with side chutes mounted along horizontal axis of lower column; provision is also made for screw rotors for direct delivery of material; device is also provided with slotted sieves, chutes for the plus material and minus material engageable with sound- proof casing by magnetostrictive cylindrical radiator of joint action of ultrasonic fields of two frequencies mounted stationary on side of upper disintegrating column. Bottom of upper disintegrating column is made in form of helical surface and side surface is provided with guides mounted stepwise relative to each other and inclined relative to vertical axis; mounted between upper and lower disintegrating columns above pallet of loading members is guide surface; loading members are mounted above side chutes on side of loading. Lower column is provided with screening compartment mounted along its horizontal axis at inclination in direction of unloading the plus material between side chutes below level of their bottoms; said compartment is provided with screw rotors for return of material; bottom of minus material compartment in inclined towards unloading the minus product; partitions are mounted between side chutes and screening compartment.
