FIELD: mining industry, underground development of non-tough kimberlite ores. SUBSTANCE: process includes excavation of ore by layer cuttings. Cutting and mapping galleries are driven in next layer. Mounting chambers are drilled from cutting gallery into first and second panels to mapping galleries. Self-advancing guarding support of self-propelled pedestals in which reversible belt conveyers are set is installed in mounting chambers of each panel. Main stowage conveyer is erected along cutting gallery, ore transportation conveyers are positioned in mapping galleries. At start of first panel, under cover of self-advancing guarding support made of self- propelled pedestals ore is excavated in layer cutting by cutter-loader which loads it on reversible belt conveyer inside self-advancing guarding support, then ore transportation conveyer carries ore along mapping gallery to ore chute. After excavation of ore from layer cutting self-propelled cutter-loader is ferried for ore excavation from layer cutting in second panel. Fill-up operations are conducted in first panel in developed layer cutting. Stowage material in the form of crushed rock of certain granulometric composition is fed from by-pass entry working with the aid of main stowage conveyer and reversible belt conveyer in self-advancing guarding support of this panel. Part of space of layer cutting is filled up by delivered crushed rock. Crushed rock is laid with use of vibration to maximum possible degree of compaction, then solidifying solution is injected into remaining pores in stowage material to obtain rubbish. These operations are repeated till layer cutting is completely filled by said rubbish. After excavation of ore from all layer cuttings in first and second panels and their filling with specified rubbish cutting and mapping galleries are filled up with crushed rock with use of conveyers installed in them for transportation of crushed rock. Laying of crushed rock and subsequent injection of solidifying solution are carried out by technological operations employed for fill-up of layer cuttings, self-propelled cutter- loader drives cutting and mapping galleries for excavation of new layer above cutting and mapping galleries filled with said rubbish with delivery in passing of excavated ore by conveyers used for development of previous layer. On completion of driving of mentioned galleries conveyers are remounted by their lifting and attachment to roof of these galleries for development of new layer. Powered complex for development of kimberlite pipe includes several ore transportation conveyers and main stowage material conveyer, two powered supports, each coming in the form of self- propelled track-laying pedestals in which two reversible belt conveyers are installed. Support is equipped with front and rear guarding shields. Powered complex is fitted with at least one vibration exciter for deep compaction of stowage material, aid for injection of solidifying solution into pores of laid mass and aggregates for intermediate unloading of reversible belt conveyer. EFFECT: enhanced output, diminished expenses for filling operations, decreased energy consumption and labor input to filling operations. 4 cl, 9 dwg
