FIELD: mining industry. ;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the mining industry and can be used for the development of complex-structured kimberlite deposits containing ores of different strength and value. A method of layer-by-layer development of complex-structured kimberlite deposits includes the formation of an ore mass of controlled granulometric composition using a milling machine and differentiated loading of the ore mass by a loader into dump trucks. Depending on the data obtained from operational exploration, additional differentiation of the massif is carried out in terms of strength and ore value. Sparing weakening of zones with relatively high strength of ores and increased content of high-value diamonds is carried out by drilling wells at a short distance. After that, the massif is preliminarily impregnated with natural brine through the wells under pressure before injection with an electro-hydraulic device. Wells are drilled at an increased distance to gently weaken zones with low ore strength and high grade of high value diamonds. Development of zones with low strength and average value of ores is carried out by the working body of the milling machine with cutters with a large spacing. The development of zones with relatively high strength and average ore value as well as zones with a low ore value is carried out by a working body with cutters with a small spacing.;EFFECT: technical result consists in increasing productivity and technological efficiency by ensuring the selectivity of the extraction of kimberlite ores taking into account their value and strength properties.
