FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves intravenously administering inductive dose of 1% Propophol solution at the required anesthesia depth level support stage with dosing the preparation under clinical feedback control. Predefined mean arterial blood pressure is used as clinical control criterion. Propophol infusion rate is controlled with its inductive dose taken into consideration. It determines base speed value and then, the recorded mean arterial blood pressure in given time moment is of importance. Difference of 5-15% from the mean arterial blood pressure level being detected, infusion rate is increased or reduced, respectively.
