SUBSTANCE: method involves infection of chicken SPF-embryos fibroblast culture cells with the virus BM serotype 1 of the strain VGNKI = 3004/= 109-DEP, incubation of infected culture, collection of virus-containing cell suspension, addition cattle serum blood cells and dimethylsulfoxide as cryoprotecting agent to virus-containing suspension in the ratio = (12-16) : (3-5) : (1-3), respectively. As result, virus-vaccine against Mareck's disease is prepared with content of the strain VGNKI = 3004/= 109-DEP and biological activity 5.5 x 10⁵ FFU/cm³, not less.
