SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method for preparing nanoparticles formed by polymer or static polymer of methylidenemalonate formula: whereon A is group C(O)-OR2 or C(O)-O-(CH2)n-C(O)- OR2; R1 and R2 mean direct or branched C1-C6-alkyl group; n = 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5. Method involves the following stages: preparing solution of indicated methylidenemalonate in concentration from 30 mg/ml to 150 mg/ml in aprotonic solvent that forms polymer in medium for polymerization no dissolving this polymer, addition organic phase and aqueous medium for polymerization each to other containing surface-active substance or colloidal protective agents at pH = 4.5-10, isolation of prepared nanoparticles after mixture homogenization and evaporation of solvent under vacuum. Prepared nanopartciles has diameter less 500 nm, preferably, 100-500 nm, average molecular mass from 1 000 to 100 000 Da, preferably, 800-80 000 Da. Method allows preparing the more homogenous structure, prevent formation of aggregates of polymer and to carry out polymerization with high yield and to obtain homogenous structure with molecular mass from 2 000 to 100 000 Da.
