SUBSTANCE: method involves determination of level of hemagglutinine of virus ССЯ-76 by agglutination reaction in analyzing sample of mixed vaccine comprising two agglutinating antigens of virus ССЯ-76 and Newcastle disease virus after addition of equal amount of specific serum to Newcastle disease virus and its exposition at temperature 37 C for 60 min. The usage of direct method for detection of antigen of virus ССЯ-76 from mixed emulsion inactivated vaccines provides to evaluate immunogenicity of preparation by this component maximally rapidly and objectively.
