A method for the defined preparation of a multicellular spheroid even in view of the aggregates of living blood vessel wall cells

Preparation of defined multi-cellular three-dimensional aggregates, especially spheroids, of living blood vessel endothelial cells is new and comprises in vitro culturing of isolated endothelial cells or their precursor cells under defined conditions, so that differentiated, organized cell aggregates are formed.
