The device consists of rolling roller (8) and central roller (25), defining a rolling gap (19). A shoe pair, consisting of intake shoe (50) and bending shoe (46) on the outlet side is located between the rollers. The facing profile tips (57,59) of the shoes project into the rolling gap up to or into the bending zone of the profile (20). The rolling roller is moveable relative to the stationary central roller. The intake shoe has a shape corresponding to the unformed profile. Rolling and/or central roller and/or bending shoe have a shape corresponding to the finished tire rim rings.
