Dual-cure mixture with a physically-, thermally- or light-curable, or thermally- and light-curable component also contains a dual-cure polysiloxane sol obtained by hydrolysis and condensation of hydrolyzable silicon compounds in presence of compounds containing functional groups with light-activatable bonds and reactive groups for thermal hardening. Thermally- and radiation-curable (dual-cure) mixtures containing (I) physically-, thermally-, or photo-curable or thermally- and photo-curable (dual-cure) component(s) and (II) dual-cure polysiloxane sol(s) obtained by the hydrolysis and condensation of (A) hydrolyzable silicon compound(s) in presence of (B) compound(s) containing reactive functional groups with radiation-activatable bonds and reactive groups Y' for thermal hardening. An Independent claim is also included for a method for the production of such mixtures by preparation of a sol (II) as described above and (2) mixing with component (I).
