Device for the automatic and continuous analysis of liquid samples comprises a micro-pump, valves, fluid channels on both sides of the surface of a glass ceramic channel body (1). The channel body is covered on both sides by an elastic metal plate (4, 5) and joined together by a polymer dispersion. Connections (63, 64) for external functional elements and liquid reservoirs are arranged on both sides. Preferred Features: The micro-pump consists of an inlet chamber (11), a pump chamber (12) and an outlet chamber (14). The outlet chamber lies over the pump chamber in the channel body.
