The arrangement has a device (11), e.g. a lamp, for drawing attention to increased loudness in the surroundings and an electronic circuit with an ambient loudness sensor, a comparator for comparing the detected loudness with a defined loudness and an actuation arrangement for altering the state of the device for drawing attention to an increased loudness if the detected loudness exceeds the defined loudness.
