The arrangement has a radio module with a signal generator e.g. digital signal processor (DSP), for producing an alternating voltage or an alternating current signal, where the radio module is capacitively coupled to a voltage divider containing a resistance. A measuring device is capacitively coupled to a center tap of the voltage divider. A control device of the radio module serves for controlling the signal generator and for evaluating the measuring output of the measuring device. The voltage divider is formed by the resistance and an internal resistance of the signal generator. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for determining the value of resistance (2) a radio module comprising a capacitive signal generator.
