The pallet car (10) which is transportable along an endlessly revolving means of conveyance by means of a friction component interacting with it, has an impact block (44) on each pallet car and acts upon the friction component so that the friction component by means of the impact block loses its frictional locking seat on the means of conveyance. With two pallet cars being transported one behind the other, the frictional locking seat of the friction component of the rear pallet car is lost on account of the impact block of the front pallet car.
