The mechanism (1) has a coil-spring (6) provided with two radially-bent spring legs (7), a closer (8) twistable relative to the coil-spring, and a friction element attached to the coil-spring. The closer is engaged to the spring legs over a radial distant member (9), for blocking the coil-spring by form-fit arrangement of the friction element. The friction element is provided with running track regions, which are provided with different friction coefficients, where the track regions are formed in ring-shape and are adjacent to one another.
