A steering device (1) for a moving body in which a region which is held by the user's hand in a given fixed position comprises many air outlets (4E) blowing air over the hand and which are held by the hand. Independent claims are also included for the following: (a) a process for operating the device as above; and (b) a unit to determine the condition of temperature and moisture of the air around the hand.
