The device for the unrolling of a material sheet roll comprises a baseplate (1) upon which a support plate (4), designed to hold the wound up material roll by means of an axis (2) installed in the center of the baseplate and support plate, is mounted to rotate relative to the baseplate. A disc (6) with means of sliding on the surface is installed between the baseplate and support plate and acts as the rotational mounting. The axis has a number of circumferentially distributed disc-form spacing elements projecting radially from the axis and designed for guiding of the material sheet roll in its inside diameter.
