The load support frame comprises two web plates (9) welded to an aluminum baseplate (5) and serve as supports for the aluminum square section load supporting profiles (3,4). The baseplate has holes in one end for the fitting of a load securing wedge (2). Two aluminum plates (7) are welded to the profiles to act as steadies for a paper roll (1) to be supported. The two supporting profiles are connected to the baseplate by three steel bolts (10). The load support frame consists of at least two such units connected by a cross brace (6) of aluminum flat material.
