The device for the detachable clamping of two components, has a housing with a cylindrical section (6) in a first component (9), and a shaft (12) with a cylindrical section in a second component (1) for fitting in the housing. A conical bore (16) is formed in a section of a guide lying in the shaft and interacts with an external cone (7c) of a clamping unit (7) for drawing the shaft into the housing and for bringing into contact two parallel plane faces (10,11) of the respective components.
