The invention concerns a flexible tube comprising a cylindrical skirt and a head (1), said head consisting of a collar (2) and a rod (10), itself including a hollow base (3) and a solid tip (4) separated from said hollow base by a breakable zone (5). The invention is characterised in that the tube is made of metal, typically of aluminium or aluminium alloy and the doughnut-shaped cross-section of said breakable zone has a radial thickness (t) ranging between 0.08 mm and 0.022 mm and an axial height (h) ranging between 1 and 5 times said thickness. Said geometry of the breakable zone is applicable whatever the diameter of the tube currently used in this field. The tip is in the form of a core rod which, once detached, comprises preferably two convex ends (6 and 7). By providing the tip with an appropriate conical shape, the latter can be used for recapping the tube when it is not being used.
