The operator of a particular site logs on to a host site which opens a window to receives the site address, electronic address and classification. The address of a site which contains pertinent link data is indicated and accessed by the operator who may propose new links to his/her site and accept or reject relevant link proposals made by other operators by using tick boxes or screen buttons
