There are two needs for using the internet which gives humans a great benefits: one thing is to use the internet more useful than the current uses usage and the other is to minimize an adverse effect of the internet. The first thing is to coincide the real life of humans with the internet life and the second thing is to prevent an illicit use of the internet. The method for coinciding the real life of an individual with the internet life is to build a website dedicated to a person, equivalent to an avatar of the person on the internet, maintain the dedicated website always, and connect to other internet sites using the dedicated website. The biggest reason why the illicit uses of the internet is possible is that people cannot face others on the internet. To overcome the limitation, the dedicated website of the individual can be used. The credit has two characteristics: one is to identify the other party before transactions, and the other is to be gained after transactions. In the real life, the two characteristics automatically work, however on the internet, an identification process is always needed for every financial transaction. That is why the illicit uses on the internet are possible. The method using the dedicated website of the person to carry out transactions provides a fundamental solution for coinciding the real life with the internet life of the person and for preventing illicit uses by providing an environment where creditability of the other party is automatically checked.
