The osteosynthesis plate (1) consists of a T-shaped main body (2) with holes (5, 6, 8) for anchoring screws to hold the plate against the outer surface of a bone. It has additional fastening tongues (9) extending from the edge of the main body's cross-piece (4), also with holes (10) for anchoring screws to complete the fixing of bone fragments in contact with the outer surface. The additional tongues are thinner than the main body of the plate.
