The mudguard (1) has gutters (6) in its front and rear internal bottom part, for channeling the water, directed and inclined to the side opposite the wheel external face. An internal coating optimizes the liquid and gaseous flow forces by breaking the force of the jet. There is a wheel cooling liquid input conduit (5). A removable cover (2) comprises a gutter (6) for channeling the water to the mudguard gutters and a scoop (4) admits the brake cooling air.
