The gutter (30) has an upwardly opening inlet region (39), a water channel (38), where an illuminant (44) e.g. red green blue (RGB) LED, is arranged at the gutter or a cover (36), which overlies on the inlet region. The illuminant extends along length of the gutter, and is arranged below the cover. The illuminant is attached at the cover, and is integrated to a Plexiglas(RTM: poly methyl methacrylate) plate, which is attached at the cover. Longitudinal- and/or cross bars of the cover are made of transparent plastic or glass. An independent claim is also included for a system comprising an electrical controller.
