The element has a cover (10) supporting a body (12), where the cover is provided with perforations (14a, 14b, 16, 18a, 18b) for flow of water and/or solids. Guiding surfaces (24) are bent relative to a plane of the cover and arranged below a part of the perforations. The guiding surfaces of the cover are bent in direction of a waterway of the body. The guiding surfaces are formed by a guide plate connected with the cover. A recess (19) for a cleaning equipment is arranged on the upper side of the cover.
