The electrical appliance with a heating device comprises a bottom metal heating element (5) for a container, a heat diffuser (10) and an electric heating element. The heat diffuser is integrated between the lower surface of the metal bottom and the electric resistance heating element and consists of a plate (11) incorporating, on at least one of its contact faces (14,15), a supplementary metal coating (12,13) of an Al-Si alloy. An Independent claim is also included for a method for the fabrication of the heating device for an electrical household appliance.
