The wheel structure has drum brake (126) with brake mechanism disposed in radial direction inside electric motor and are located on the same side of the wheel (68). Drum (127) separates drum brake and electric motor. Wear powders of brake shoe does not adhere to permanent magnets of electric motor. Electric motor and drum wheel are disposed concentrically in the wheel.
