Cosmetic anti-aging composition comprises phyto-estrogens extracted from soya, bioactive polyphenols extracted from red wine, a vegetable oil rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids, and an excipient or carrier for topical use. An Independent claim is also included for production of the composition by dispersing the soya and red wine extracts in an aqueous phase, dispersing the vegetable oil in a lipid phase, and forming an oil-in-water, water-in-oil or oil-in-silicone emulsion by adding one or more emulsifiers.
