Cosmetic or dermatological composition (I) comprising active ingredients of polyphenols of vegetable extracts of green tea and/or soya in association with vegetable extracts of Ginkgo bilobaleaves, is new. ACTIVITY : Dermatological; Antiinflammatory. No biological data given. MECHANISM OF ACTION : Vascular endothelial growth factor inhibitor. The ability of epigallocatechin gallate to inhibit the secretion of vascular endothelial growth factor was tested. The results showed that epigallocatechin gallate effectively reduced the secretion of vascular endothelial growth factor.
