The device comprises a tube (1) with perforations (2), arranged in a blind hole (4) cut in the wall, which supports an inner concentric tube (7) with a watertight wall. A current of air is blown through the space (9) between the tubes, which is restricted at the inlet (11), and thus generates a depression which pumps the dampness from the wall (5) and expels it through the center (10) of the tube.
