METHOD FOR DETERMINING APPLIED VOLTAGE CORRECTION VALUE, IMAGE OUTPUT DEVICE, APPLIED VOLTAGE CORRECTION VALUE DETERMINING PROGRAM, AND RECORDING MEDIUM WITH THE PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To print each type of dots as correctly as possible in terms of the size in an inkjet printer which prints dots of various sizes by impressing voltages smaller in number than the types of the dots to an inkjet head.;SOLUTION: Applied voltages V1b, V1m and V1s to the inkjet head are determined so that large, middle and small dots can be correctly printed in terms of the size in the inkjet printer (S16). A common value ΔV should be used for an adjustment amount of the applied voltages at the time of printing the large and middle dots. ΔV is determined to hold ΔV=α1(V1b-V0b)+α2(V1m-V0m) (wherein an ink amount of the large dot:ink amount of the middle dot=α1:α2 (α1+α2=1), and V0b and V0m are standard values of the applied voltages for the large and middle dots) (S18).
