PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rooftop greening system capable of being used as a new commercial product in a rooftop greening field, by again reviving a water-permeable plate which is a recycled commercial product given by reclaiming a waste plastic. PSOLUTION: This rooftop greening constructional system of the water-permeable plate is structure so that a structural material is formed by using a molten and solidified material of the waste plastic which comprises industrial waste matter or using a granular material which is formed by grinding the molten and solidified material, then the formed structural material is crushed into a chipped material and together integrated by using a specific organic adhesive containing no solvent, so as to be formed into a porous structure having a percentage of voids of about 25%. Further, each parts of the water-permeable plate 3, a water-permeable L-shaped plate 8, a water-permeable corner, a water-permeable plant-fastening plate, and a water-permeable heavyweight plate 18 is formed out of the porous structure, and the formed parts are suitably combined with each other by using joint plates 7 separately formed out of a lightweight material, so that the parts are arranged in the system.
