PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contract contents amendment reception system for executing procedures for the amendment of the contract contents of several insurances purchased by a customer in a batch.;SOLUTION: A reception server 1 transmits the identification information of a customer and the input picture of address change information to a customer terminal 5, and receives inputted information, and transmits a request for the reading of the insurance information of the insurance purchased by the customer as well the identification information of the customer to an insurance managing server 3 for managing a DB in which insurance information showing the contract contents of various insurances is stored, and receives the insurance information of the customer from the insurance managing server 3.
