PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an enzyme activity measurement method for angiotensin-converting enzyme that can simply measure the activity of angiotensin-converting enzymes with high exactness and high sensibility.;SOLUTION: The enzyme activity measurement method for an angiotensin-converting enzyme is provided with the enzyme reaction step where an angiotensin-converting enzyme is brought into contact, for a prescribed time, with the first solid phase to which the first peptide having the amino acid sequence of the angiotensin-I connected via a linker to the solid phase support thereby obtaining the second solid phase to which the second peptide having the amino acid sequence of the angiotensin-II linked via a linker to the solid-phase support and the peptide fragment originating from the first peptide, the washing step where the peptide fragment remaining on the second solid phase is removed, the labeling step where a labeling substance is linked to the amino acid sequence of the angiotensin-II and the detection step where the labeling substance is detected.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
