STEPPING MOTOR DRIVING TYPE SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MATCHING ITS ORIGIN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for matching an origin with high accuracy at a low cost remained as it is.;SOLUTION: The method for matching the origin includes an origin returning step of driving a rotary member by a stepping motor to bring the rotary member into contact with an origin stopper (3), a torsion eliminating step of reducing energization to set the rotary member rotatable (5) and a reenergizing step of energizing a phase corresponding to the origin (6). That is, torsion to a negative side can be eliminated by reducing exciting energy to a rotatably state after the rotary member is driven until the rotary member is brought into contact with the original stopper. That is, torsion generated at the negative side from a position restrained by the rotary member brought into contact with the origin stopper is returned to the original origin by the origin stopper by reducing the exciting energy. Thereafter, the stepping motor is energized by the phase corresponding to the origin, and the stepping motor can be thereby matched to the origin.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
