PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method which excels in the uniformity of film thickness, flatness free from pores or the like and glossiness, regarding a thermosetting resin molded body, and to provide the thermosetting resin molded body manufactured by the manufacturing method.;SOLUTION: SiOx, SiNx, TixOy or AlxOy or a metal oxide containing at least one of them, which is to be made a composite film, is formed on a substrate. The metal oxide is subjected to a treatment for developing the affinity so that a contact angle of water be 50° or below, and then coated with a resin precursor. The metal oxide is suitably treated by either UV irradiation or plasma treatment. Furthermore, it is suitable that the metal oxide is an alkoxide of an inorganic element and is an alkoxide compound of at least one element selected from Si, Ti and Al.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
