PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resource information monitoring terminal device, resource information monitoring server device and resource information monitoring system enabling a manager to manage important resources on a terminal device unitarily and in real time. PSOLUTION: When an operation detection part 14 detects operation of a file on the terminal device 10, a resource information acquisition part 13 acquires management information of the file, and a resource information management part 11 forms an individual basic file 16 and individual history file 17 with descriptions of the management information and an operation history, respectively. A communication control part 12 transmits updates of the file to a server device 20.
